Komet is an audiovisual production company specializing in documenting topics about international solidarity, development issues and the agroecological transition.
We have through our projects travelled in more than 45 countries, including 18 in Africa, and we have worked on a wide range of development issues with well-known organizations such as the French Development Agency, Unicef, the Red Cross, the Fondation de France, the French Committee for International Solidarity and the World Bank.
We have over the past fifteen years dealt with a wide array of issues relating to food systems and the agroecological transition, energy access, water, health and sanitation (WASH), the protection of biodiversity and ecosystems, human rights, gender inequality and peace education.
Komet is also an agency that specializes in the design and development of cultural and environmental projects, with a particular focus on raising awareness on food systems and sustainable agriculture, as illustrated by "Un autre rapport à la terre" [A different relationship with the land], "Jusqu'au Vallon" [All the way down the dale].
Komet moreover acts as an experimentation laboratory, encouraging the development of new narratives and imagining desirable, pluralistic and alternative futures.
